Publish and display your video content publicly on our Platform and, where applicable, in search engine results.

3. Public Content & Permissions
By uploading videos or images, you understand they are publicly accessible and may be viewed, shared, or downloaded by others.
You must have the consent of every identifiable person in your video before uploading.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not breach privacy or copyright laws.
4. Content Retention & Removal
Listings and associated videos will remain public for 30 days after posting unless:
a) You request earlier removal; or
b) You and HR Clips agree to a longer display period.
We may retain backups of removed content for up to 90 days for system integrity and legal compliance.
If content is removed at your request, it will no longer be visible on the Platform within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Disclosure of Information
We may share information with:
Recruiters, employers, and job seekers using the Platform.
Service providers that support our operations (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processing).
Regulators, law enforcement, or as required by law.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
6. Security
We implement reasonable measures to protect your information. However, as the Platform is public, we cannot guarantee complete security against unauthorised access.
